North Bay Toyota are committed to ensuring we do our part to keep our staff and the public safe by promoting social distancing.

We have made some positive changes to our business that will help prevent the spread of COVID-19 while continuing to serve your automotive needs. 

We would like to provide information on the mandated use of a face covering in indoor public spaces in our district. Please be advised:

  • Leave a 2-meter distance between you and the next person
  • The use of hand sanitizer upon entering the dealership is required
  • If you have a mask please wear it while visiting us (If you don’t have a mask, one can be provided for you)
  • If you are uncomfortable wearing a face covering, we can make other arrangements with you.  Please give us a call (705)474-9991 and we will be right with you.

Service: 

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday 


Sales:    

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Friday

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday

Car Wash:  Closed until further notice.

 

SERVICE

Our service is open with an appointment between 8AM and 5 PM by calling (705)845-2381 or you can book your appointment online here: Book Service Appointment. 

If you have any questions pertaining to your particular needs, please give us a call.  

  • We will service your vehicle as quickly as possible
  • We have face masks and multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility available for your use
  • All keys, vehicles and surface areas at the dealership are sanitized on a regular basis
  • Our waiting area is closed, but we have limited seating outside and shuttle service is always available. One passenger at a time - pickup and drop off times not uaranteed due to Covid-19.

We thank you for your ongoing support, and urge all guests to take great care when out in public.

Should you have any vehicle needs we are available and happy to assist you in making your purchase as easy, convenient and safe as possible.

Showroom

Our showroom is open for vehicle purchases and test drives by appointment. Call or email us to book your appointment today! 

Virtual 
We are available to facilitate your needs by email sales@northbaytoyota.ca or by phone at 705-474-9991. 

Delivery
We can deliver the vehicle to you! Vehicle deliveries can be facilitated in a safe and convenient way, using all the recommended guidelines.
